We realize that you may have questions about our business so we have compiled a list of common questions that we receive. If you do not see your question listed, please give one of our courteous and knowledgeable customer service agents a call and they will be more than happy to discuss your needs. They can also walk you through the booking process which is easy and includes finding the perfect vehicle fit for you and your event. You can also use the option of email if you would like.   • Can we smoke cigarettes on your limo bus?

    Absolutely not. Each and every one of our limousines and limo buses is strictly non-smoking to ensure that the interior stays fresh and clean. Thank you for complying!

  • What happens if we go over our time?

    If you happen to go over your time, you'll be charged in 15 minute increments according to your specified hourly rate. This allows you to take advantage of your experience without emptying your pocketbook.

  • What type of features are included on the vehicle?

    You can expect premium dancing poles, exotic hardwood flooring, high quality leather interiors, newly installed televisions with DVD inputs, iPod capable sound systems for your musical enjoyment, neon lighting throughout, ice filled bar areas, and much more.

  • Do you only service Jackson?

    No, we service a large area that extends beyond Jackson. This is why we're such a fantastic company to call if you're looking for a great deal. Check out our Territory page for more information.

  • Can we bring alcohol on board?

    You can certainly bring alcohol on board, after all, what would the party be without it? Just know that only passengers that are 21 years and older can legally drink onboard.

  • What is the difference between a limousine and a limo bus?

    While a limousine offers a timeless appearance that works for any event, a limo bus has stand up room and more party centered features for you to enjoy.

  • How much will one of your vehicles cost me in general?

    That would be hard to say without a few details. Your date and time of service and the number in your group all play a role in determining the cost of the vehicle you would need for the time you would need it. Your best option is to call one of our friendly customer service representatives and discuss your needs with them and they will be able to provide you with a quote.

  • I was looking through your fleet of vehicles and I can't decide which one to choose for our event, can you help me?

    A lot of it depends on the type of event you are having and the number of people that are going. To be fitted to the perfect vehicle for your situation, our affable and knowledgeable customer service agents will be happy to help you. You will find the process to be easy and painless. It will be our absolute pleasure to serve you. Please call us today.

  • I am interested in a specific vehicle's availability for our event's date and time, can I find that information online?

    No, you will not be able to find that information online. Our friendly customer service representatives will be happy to check our booking schedule for you. If the date and time is open for the vehicles you are interested in, they will then be able to walk you through the booking process if you so desire. However, you will never be pressured to make a decision.

  • Is the amount of time I rent a vehicle for up to me?

    Not exactly, we do require a 6 hour minimum rental. Of course, you can always rent one of our vehicles for more than 6 hours.

  • Are there bathrooms available on your vehicles?

    No, our vehicles do not have bathrooms, but we do allow unlimited stops so you can ask your driver to stop anywhere anytime.

  • Are the only places we can stop the ones we give you ahead of time?

    No, we believe in flexibility in this arena. You rented your vehicle for an entire block of time and during that time frame, you are free to stop as many times as you would like at any place that you would like. You can even ask your chauffeur for suggestions.

  • Once we are on our vehicle, is there a limit to the distance we can travel?

    No, within the time frame that you rented your vehicle for, our policy is unlimited stops, unlimited miles.

  • How do I reserve one of your vehicles for a certain timeslot, do I have to put a deposit of some sort down?

    Yes, we require a $200 hold on a credit card. This hold will be released after service if it is determined that there were no damages to the vehicle you rented.

  • How much tip should I give our chauffeur at the end of our service time?

    The price you paid for your vehicle included a minimal gratuity that goes to your driver. If you received exceptional service and you would like to tip an additional amount, that would certainly be fine, but it is not required.

  • How do I go about paying for the vehicle I rented?

    You can pay with a credit or debit card, traveler's check, pre-approved bank check, or cash to the driver on the date of service.

  • Are there any hidden fees that I need to be aware of?

    No, we hate even the thought of hidden fees. The quote our customer service agents give you will be the bottom line number, there will be nothing added at anytime.

  • I have a winter event that I would like to rent one of your vehicles for, are you still operating at that time of the year?

    Yes, absolutely, we want to be available to our customers whenever they might need us. We operate 24/7, 365 days a year.

  • I looked at your events page and I don't see the event I wanted to rent a limo bus for, does that mean that you won't service our event?

    Not at all, we love to service all events and we are always looking to expand our horizons. So, please call us with your needs and we will help make whatever event you are having even better.

  • Do you provide alcohol on any of the vehicles?

    No, by law, we are not allowed to provide alcohol to our customers. But feel free to bring your own onboard where you can stock the built-in coolers.

  • When will I be able to reach your customer service agents with my questions?

    You can reach us all day and all night, 365 days a year.

  • I have a question about your service, but I cannot find it on this page, is there another page I should go to?
